PDPA Notice

This Notice describes how Reinven Technologies Pte Ltd ("Reinven") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and equivalent personal data protection laws across the ASEAN jurisdictions in which we operate.

Data Protection Officer

Purpose of collection

We collect personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including: responding to enquiries; delivering contracted consulting engagements; complying with legal and regulatory obligations; improving our services.

Consent

By submitting personal data through the contact form, by email, or as part of an engagement, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of that personal data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

Your rights under PDPA

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw consent for further processing.
  • Complaint: You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (PDPC) at www.pdpc.gov.sg if you believe we have not complied with the PDPA.

Equivalent ASEAN jurisdictions

For data subjects in other ASEAN jurisdictions, equivalent rights apply under the respective national personal data protection laws (Malaysia PDPA, Thailand PDPA, Indonesia PDP Act, Vietnam Cybersecurity Law). Contact us at hello@reinven.com to exercise these rights.

Data security

We protect personal data using industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. See our Security page for detail.

Data breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, we will notify the PDPC and affected individuals in accordance with PDPA notification requirements (typically within 72 hours of awareness).

Cross-border data transfer

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore in the course of delivering services, we ensure equivalent protection through contractual safeguards consistent with PDPA Transfer Limitation Obligation.

Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. See the Privacy Policy for specific retention periods.
