Contact form submissions are typically retained for 24 months unless an active engagement continues. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for legal and tax compliance.

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements; withdraw consent for further processing; lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. 7. Data security

We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where applicable, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security review. See our Security page for more detail.

8. International transfers

We may transfer personal data across ASEAN jurisdictions in the course of delivering an engagement. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we ensure equivalent protection through contractual safeguards.

9. Cookies

This website uses minimal essential cookies for navigation and form submission. We do not currently use third-party tracking cookies or behavioural advertising cookies.
